The production process is the most important step which determines the quality of teak furniture. It is even more important for teak garden furniture. It has to withstand harsh weather conditions and stay fit for its use for many decades. We at PT. TRICONVILLE INDONESIA pay close attention to every single detail when producing teak furniture. Be that the customer provided design or one of our own product we make sure that the wood thickness, joinery and proper glue is used. In general, our process starts from protyping. Before the protype is made our designers and production staff will decide the right construction and dimensions for the product in hand. Once the prototype is tested it has to pass throgh the test before starting mass production. The production starts with sorting of wood. Only top grade planks are choosen for the production. THE BASIC CRITERIA: No sapwood, no knots, no black uneven grains. After the wood is sorted, the planks are put in kiln dry chambers and will stay inside until the wood is dried and considered fit for production.

We only use mortise and tenon joinery and glued with waterproof polyurethane glue. The fittings are solid brass or stainless steel. After the product is assembled it goes through sanding process. Our staff closely monitors every stage and make sure that each piece is finely sanded before packing. Before the product is packed the final quality control check is done and the product is assigned with article number, logo, instruction for cusotmer and covered with corrugated paper where necessary before putting into a hard carton box. We practise one of the strict quality control system in this sector. We call it QC CHECK LIST. This is a corner stone of our whole quality control process. A Quality Supervisor will check the final product and will assign the article number to it. This card will be attached to the product and the customer will get that card which says: BATCH NUMBER, ARTICLE NO., ID OF SUPERVISOR.

We are able to track problem anytime we need. This is to ensure that our clients could focus on selling with peace of mind without recking the goods in their warehouse, nence minimising the operational cost. For stainless steel frames we use #304 series with right thickness of the tubes. The frame is welded and then brushed and polished. To safeguard the frame from scratches during delivery we cover it with the foam. All sling furniture is made with quality teak frames together with stainless steel hardware. The aluminium fittings are specially designed to fix the mesh with the frame. All weather wicker furnitur is woven by our experienced craftsmen who have decades of experience.
