TEAK: Teak is a beautiful and durable hardwood. It requires little to no care and will maintain its strength and attractiveness for decades. All teak parts in our teak outdoor furniture are untreated. The teak patio furniture, when left outdoors, will turn a handsome silver-gray. During the weathering process a slight "checking" or lifting of the grain may occur on the top edges of the arms and legs. You may even notice a few small cracks. This is perfectly natural, as teakwood expands and contracts slightly when left outdoors. The only maintenance necessary is periodic cleaning. .Tough stains can be removed with diluted bleach mixture with water. We do not recommend applying Teak oil on teak outdoor furniture because of the routine maintenance. Oiling outdoor teak furniture may cause mildew or irregular coloring.

STEEL FRAMES: Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion. Natural hazards such as dust and moisture in the air can attack the finish on this type of patio furniture. A regular cleaning of the stainless steel is required on a monthly basis to remove natural deposits salt which can damage the frame and lead to deterioration. Using fresh water only, spray the frames down thoroughly, at a high hose pressure. A soft dusting cloth can then be used to enhance the surface.

ALUMINUM FRAMES :Aluminum outdoor patio furniture is weatherproof, rust proof and easy to care for. All covered Aluminium requires no maintenance except regular cleaning of the furniture. A regular cleaning with a mild detergent and a brush is necessary to get pollutants off. Avoid using abrasive cleaners on aluminum patio furniture. During winter, we recommend that the patio furniture is stored inside because water residue in the Aluminium tubes can cause structural damage in the event of frost.

BATYLINE MESH : The batyline mesh is resistant to fading, mildew and excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays. The mesh weave also speeds up the drying process, making them particularly suitable for use around swimming pools and in backyards. Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. A pressure hose on a low setting should be used on sling but avoid the teak frame.

WOVEN FURNITURE: Our woven patio furniture is made with Viro synthetic fibre, a high quality man-made fibre. This type of garden furniture can be left outside all year round and is able to stand very low and high temperatures. When very cold, the weave will become somewhat stiffer than normal and in extremely hot temperatures the weave will become more elastic. However, the furniture will retain its normal elastic property once the temperature stabilizes. No special maintenance is required.
