PROTYPING: The protyping service is provided to all existing and new customers free of charge. We assist you in designing and figuring out the right dimension for the product you wish to create.

ORDER HANDLING: We handle your shipment until it leaves the port. All local handling is done by our staff.

SUPPORT: We always strive to respond to your questions as soon as possible but within 24hrs. We are using the best of IT infrastructure availabe. Nonetheless, your quiries are always handled with priority.

STOCK WAREHOUSING: You get regular updated about our stock availability. This helps you to maintain the minimum stock level at your warehouse. For special custom orders we can stock your goods at our warehouse and ship them whenever needed.

REPLACEMENT PARTS: All of our products are guaranteed to be of high quality products.If becuase of any odd reason your customer receives a defective part, we will replace that part in the next shipment or the whole product whichever best fits the situation. To claim the guarantee your customer should always refer back to our QC CHECK LIST card which comes together with every product.
